Partners in life and work, Imogen Berry and Robin Althoff, are crafting 'minimalist, but precise' wines; and they're some of the most exciting coming out of the Languedoc. The two met while studying viticulture in Montpellier. Robin comes from a long line of winegrowers and Imogen was bitten by the wine-bug while traveling in South America. The two proceeded to work harvest around the world in California, South Africa, South America, the Rhone, and Burgundy. The project started under the name " Le Quai a Raisins" (The Grape Wharf) when they were originally only purchasing fruit. In 2019 they were able to acquire 7 hectares around the town of Aubais in the Languedoc, which they farm biodynamcially.
