Cambridge Road is a 2.2 ha biodynamic estate located in the Martinborough Terrace of New Zealand's North Island. Proprietor Lance Redgwell produces wines showcasing the cool-climate, complex geology, and the natural resources of the North Island. His white wines are energetic with prolonged skin contact and reds are raw yet elegant. Lance sources pinot noir and syrah from his home bloc vineyard while sourcing other fruit from trusted farmers throughout Martinborough. Native fermentation, unfiltered, no added sulphites. Cambridge Road is beating to their own drum and making raw energetic wines; a refreshing change of pace from the overly-perscribed stereotypes we so often see of New Zealand wine.
