Léon - Pouilly Fume

Domaine Jonathan-Didier Pabiot is the only Certified Biodynamic estate in Pouilly-Fume and one of just three Certified Organic. Vigneron Jonathan-Dider Pabiot is a 5th genreation winemaking in Pouilly Fume. After wokring for Leon Barral in the Languedoc, Jonathan returned home and at 21 convinced his father to convert the estate to Organics. Critics are drawing comparisons between Pabiot and the late Didier Dagueneau for their commitment to the revitalization of Pouilly Fume. The wines mantain an ethreal minerality and a purity of fruit. We are incredibly proud of this addition and recognize Pabiot as setting the benchmark of Loire Sauvignon Blanc.
