Salt Rock Wines

A project from the mind of Xavier Grier, to create more awareness of two climate phenomena�s that we have been experiencing the past couple of years in the world, El Nino and La Nina. Fruit for the project is sourced from two heavily maritime influenced sites. Xavier Grier has some serious chops when it comes to winemaking, the fourth generation of his family to helm the Villera estate which produces 800,000 bottles of Cap Classique sparkling each year, alongside a a solo project called Stand Alone foucsing on single varitel, single vineyard expressions from Stellenbosch.
